Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, but we had an issue with our luggage being placed in the wrong room. The service was top-notch, especially the staff who made the best cappuccinos, but they seemed a bit overworked. The location was stunning, with plenty of activities to enjoy, but there were some inconsistencies in what was advertised about the surroundings. The dining options were varied, but we encountered issues like missing menu items. Overall, the facilities were excellent, offering a range of convenient services.

I had an amazing stay at the resort in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. The rooms were perfect despite some issues such as dirty sheets and food on the floor, considering the high cost of the resort. The service was so attentive and truly caring for our well-being, though there were moments of forgetfulness or irritation. The location against the Santa Catalina mountains made for an unparalleled opportunity to focus on personal health and well-being, with an emphasis on wellness, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. The dining experience was absolutely perfect, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a memorable stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, featuring a hot tub and fireplace on the patio, and the staff was amazing. However, the noise from the highway and maintenance area was a bit of a drawback.
